I currently accept payment made with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and debit cards via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure online payment method, and you don't have to have a PayPal account in order to pay by credit/debit card. Please note, however, that I do not accept eChecks via PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping is always free at VanDiva! Regardless of the country of destination. You'll just pay a $4.00 handling fee. This fee covers packaging and overhead expenses.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of date of sale. Please allow up to one week for custom orders.
DOMESTIC orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Instead of using pretty boxes and ribbons, I am more concerned that your jewelry arrives at your doorstep all in one piece. So I opt for less cute looking packaging, wrapping your jewelry individually in bubble wrap.
INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Sorry, but shipment tracking and insurance are currently not available for international shipments. Please be aware that depending on your country, shipment may take anywhere from one week to several weeks, and may be held up at your customs department. Customer is responsible for any customs payable in your country. We make every effort in filling out the customs form in a manner that will hopefully not attract attention by customs. Please note, however, we will not make any false statements on customs forms.
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale purchases we require that you have a resale license/tax ID number. Please fill out the form you will find on our home page by clicking the wholesale link for setting up your wholesale account. The minimum purchase is $300.00. I will take care of the shipping fees for you, just pay a $4.00 handling fee. Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you find any defects in your wholesale order, please contact me. I will certainly do everything in my power to adjust your order accordingly.
Returns and Exchanges
I'm not happy, unless you are happy. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me. If you find your jewelry items defective in any way, please contact me first and describe the problem. Upon approval, you may return or exchange any item in its unworn, unused original condition within 14 days of receipt. Packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please be careful when packaging items for return and consider the purchase of insurance, as I cannot accept them for return or exchange if damaged during shipment. Upon receipt of the returned/exchanged item, your account will be credited for your total purchase amount, minus the shipping costs.
Please also note that due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of my designer jewelry items, exact exchanges may not always be available. I will do my utmost to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Returns and Exchanges for Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom work, I will consider returns only on a case-by-case basis. If there is a defect in your item, please contact me. I will certainly make every effort to repair or replace your custom item in case of any defects that may have occured during the production process.
